Click on the "Add" button next to the CPU you selected to add to your component list and move to the next one.

Depending on your requirements and workload, you can select how many cores you require in your CPU. For moderate or basic work requirements, a single or dual-core CPU with a clock speed 2.9GHz to 3.5 GHz would be enough.

However, for running heavy software and multitasking, go for a CPU with four or more cores with boosted clock speed for faster processing.
